Return Policy

Our return policy is simple: if the product is unused* and you request the return within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at info@byvaux.com, you can return the product, and you will receive a refund of the purchase amount. 

*When considering the return of a product, it is important to note that the product should be in an unused condition. This means that the product should not have been taken out of its packaging, and it should show no visual damages to both the bottle and the packaging. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter, as it allows us to ensure the highest quality for all our customers. If the product meets these conditions, we are ready to process your return and provide you with the necessary support.

I want to make a return, how do I do that?

No problem, simply send an email to info@byvaux.com with your order number and (optional) the reason for the return. We will then send you the return instructions. Once we receive your perfume(s) in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using your original payment method.

Who covers the cost of the return?

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Retourbeleid

Ons retourbeleid is simpel: is het product ongebruikt* en meld je de retour binnen 14 dagen na aankoop bij ons aan via info@byvaux.com. Dan kan je het product retourneren, en zal je het aankoopbedrag terugkrijgen.

*Wanneer u overweegt om een product te retourneren, is het belangrijk op te merken dat het product in ongebruikte staat dient te zijn. Dit betekent dat het product niet uit de verpakking is gehaald en geen visuele beschadigingen mag vertonen aan zowel het flesje als de verpakking. We vragen vriendelijk om uw begrip in deze kwestie, omdat dit ons in staat stelt om de hoogste kwaliteit te garanderen voor al onze klanten. Als het product aan deze voorwaarden voldoet, staan we klaar om uw retourzending te verwerken en u de benodigde ondersteuning te bieden.

Ik wil retourneren, hoe doe ik dat?

Geen probleem, stuur een mailtje naar info@byvaux.com met je bestelnummer en (optioneel) de reden van retournering. Wij sturen je vervolgens de retourinstructies. Zodra wij jouw parfum(s) in goede staat hebben ontvangen zullen wij binnen 14 dagen het aankoopbedrag terugstorten via jouw gebruikte betaalmethode. 

 

Wie betaalt voor de retournering?

De kosten zijn voor de koper.
